Cover:

The SP7000 is indowed with a tack and jump stiched cover which helps to keep the cover at it's fullest and most luxurious profile giving it a deep soft feel. The 12 inch profile includes a 3.5 inch European Box Pillow Top with removeable refluffable QuiltFlex a revolutionary foam which eliminates the possibility of body impressions. QuiltFlex retains 90 percent of its loft while offering approximately 20 percent greater air flow than fiber. Moisture is picked up and dissipated 9 times better the standard fiber, and is dissipated 4 times faster than fiber.

Air Chambers:

Genuine European vulcanized rubber is the foundation of the air chambers which are a full 6 inches deep, double thick for durability, and cloth backed. The square pockets of air created by the cross vertical and horizontal baffle system used by the air chambers provides uniform support and comfort from head to toe. During the vulcanization process virtually all seams are eliminated as the 24 gauge rubber actually flows together forming a one piece construction. Elimination  of air leakage through the pores of the rubber is accomplished by chemically adhering a natural cotton backing material to the rubber  while creating a soft, smooth texture as well. Chamber borders are double seamed with two 1.25  inch seams, one reinforcing the other. A more reliable support system and trouble free use with years of proven longevity is a creation of double sealing. Inside the air chambers is our incredibly strong I-Beam construction made of two layers of canvas and two layers of rubber bonded together to join the top and the bottom of the air chamber. Meeting at the top and bottom of the chamber causes the canvas and rubber layers to flair out each way, thereby inducing twice the holding power of a single sided system for extra strength and years of durable use. Little square pillows of air created by the sophisticated baffling system of our chambers help keep the spine aligned, thereby allowing maximum comfort and support. Your entire body is evenly supported with our square pillow system even if you sleep on the edge or with a soft or firm inflation level. This design allows sleepers the opportunity to sleep in the middle of the mattress without feeling anything but the ultra comfortable mattress they purchased by eliminating the need for a foam wedge between dual chembers.

Inflator and Controls:

The SP7000 includes our top-of-the-line pneumatic pump compleate with two 4-function ergonomic controls. The dual controls are ergonomically designed for easy use with LED readout. The LED (Light Emitting Diode) allows sleepers to read their firmness level even in a dark room. The SP7000 offers 50 very accurate comfort settings, whereby sleepers have the opportunity of finding their comfort zone. The same measurements used by scientists for mapping pressure points of sleep surfaces is the same used by our company to measure the 50 firmness levels offered. Our very accurate and relevant settings allows a sleeper to fine tune the firmness level of their mattress, while allowing them to change from one firmness level to another with the knowledge they can return to any prior selected firmness setting with confidence. Our inflation system includes Air-Lock compatible fittings which allows detactment of the pump from the mattress without the air chambers deflating.

Connections:

The elimination of possible air loss is accomplished by permanently sealing the air hose to the air chamber. Using special flexible rubber during manufacturing a single unit void of external connections is created. A kink free design is created to provide a quiter more responsive inflation process, improved pump life, and precise control with the embeding of a layer of surgical steel coil. A barrel twist and lock connector is used to connect the chamber hose to the pump averting accidental disconnections, while forbidding the entrance of dust, hair, ect.. The back flow of air is prevented by a seal housed in the twist and lock connector when the pump is detached from the air chambers, thereby allowing the mattress to be moved without deflating.

Foam Rails:

The sleeping surface is maximized by our design that provides the largest sleep surface possible. This is accomplished by our foam rails using an interlocking system which keeps the mattress square and true.
