SleepE-Zairbeds Return PolicyReturn policy: If you have made the decision to give up your great night's sleep, please follow these instructions carefully, failure to do so could result in an adjusted or forfeited refund. Your sleep system must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in like new condition free of any damage, stains or odors of any kind, in the original packaging. 1. First please contact us before you pack up and return your system. We are reachable at 1-800-506-0470 or by email at sleepe-zairbeds.com. and let us know you'll be returning your system. You will be given a return authorization number. You will also need to download or request a return authorization form, to be completed and returned with your system. 2.Repack the sleep system in the orininal boxes and packing materials. Don't forget to include the completed return form. 3. Return the system to the address provided. 4. Once we receive the sleep system, it will be evaluated for damage, etc., then the refund less any adjustments and all shipping charges will be issued in the form of payment used. Credit card user please allow a complete billing cycle for your refund to be reflected on your card statement. all others allow 15 days. 5. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. 6. Please be positive that you want an adjustable bed before ordering the S-cape or any special order mattresses as they are not returnable, all sales are final!! 7. Any warranty issues must be directed to the manufacturer. 8. You have 3 business days to cancel your order. |
